Lesley Ann Brandt, born on December 2, 1981, from Cape Town South Africa is an actor and model. The appearances she has made on television films and TV shows are her most notable work. Her acting career began through her role on the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came through her subsequent role of Naevia in the drama of the same name, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. In the last decade the actress has appeared in many TV shows including the likes of Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies as well as The Librarians. From 2016 Brandt is playing the role in the role of Mazikeen in the urban fantasy series Lucifer starring Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was born in Cape Town South Africa, yet she relocated with her parents into Auckland New Zealand in late teenager years. Brandt began modeling in TV and print ads. Prior to her rise to recognition as a model, she was employed in sales at retail and was also an IT recruitment consultant. She was first seen in a featured appearance in 2009's New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity where she took on the role of Leilani Fa'auigaese. Her debut appearance on the big screen came in 2021, when she took on the role of a slave woman Naevia as part of the Starz show Spartacus: Blood and Sand. Naevia's role was reprised in the Spartacus prequel, Spartacus Gods of the Arena. She co-starred with Craig Parker. Craig Parker in three different TV shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she was cast as an elusive demon called Mazikeen in the Netflix successful series Lucifer. This is her biggest role to date. In the series, she plays alongside Tom Ellis Lauren French Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
